Gonzalo Bauluz (Zaragoza, Spain) is a M.Arch Architect, Civil Engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the Carlos III University, and a Master's degree in Project Management from the Industrial Engineering Technical School at UNED.

He has been a Municipal Architect, Head of the Urban Planning Service, and Head of the Technical Office in the municipal administration for more than 20 years.
He is a State Architect.He is an expert in housing and infrastructure in the State Administration as an expert in International Cooperation, serving in three developing countries;Technical director for the drafting of more than 50 territorial and urban planning projects; participation as coordinator in the drafting of two urban general plans and two plans for the protection of historic sites; technical director in the drafting of more than 20 public works projects; 12 projects for the rehabilitation of historic monuments; Coordinator of 20 works projects for the Urban, ITI, and EDUSI programs; author of the projects and technical director for the construction of more than 400 homes in International Cooperation programs.
Director of supervision for more than 30 Programas de Actuación Urbanizadora, urban plans, and land rezoning projects. Director of municipal supervision for more than 1,000 housing projects.
Director of municipal supervision for more than 500 commercial, hotel and residential, industrial, healthcare, public services, and tertiary projects.
Author of more than 10,000 reports on urban planning, programs, building permits, activity permits, and urban appraisals.
Professor and occasional tutor eventual en in university courses (UCLM; CEU San Pablo; UC3M; UPM; UAL).
Author of three books, and contributor to two, on urban planning, sustainable construction, and energy efficiency in construction.
